In our coaching process, we meet in person or by phone, for three 45 minute sessions each month. It is most effective to make an initial commitment for at least 3 months. Many clients have found the process so beneficial that they have continued the relationship for a year or more. However, coaching is not intended to establish a relationship of dependency upon the coach. The process is designed to give you the tools to develop a self-directed, evolving process of personal and professional development and mastery for life.
