This activity is intended to provoke awareness and action toward bringing the various aspects of your life into balance. Rank the following statements according to your satisfaction with the actual activity (frequency, quality, etc.). You won't actually add up any of these scores, but at the end of each section you'll give a section ranking from 0-10, according to the overall level of your satisfaction. A zero ranking indicates not satisfied and 10 is ultimate satisfaction. At the end of the exercise, take a few minutes and write down actions you can take to bring each section to a ten rating within the next 30 days.
